Meet the Team

Dr. Suzie Stolarz has a simple philosophy: treat patients exactly the way you would treat your own family. One of her main goals for your visit is not only to provide quality care -- but also to help you relax and have fun during your time together!

A native of the Chicago area, Dr. Stolarz received her dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD) in 1995. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Prosthodontic Society, the Tennessee Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society. She also volunteers at the Interfaith Dental Clinic in Nashville and gives back to the community by donating smile makeovers for a local non-profit organization.

Dr. Stolarz moved to Nashville in 2005. She is married with 5 fur kids and now proudly calls Tennessee home. In her spare time, Dr. Stolarz enjoys traveling -- and she is also a die-hard Rolling Stones fan (so don’t be surprised if you see her dancing in the office)!

Dr. Winstead is a Tennessee native, born and raised in nearby Franklin, TN. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University Honors College. She enjoyed Club Soccer and intramurals, SEC football and volunteering in the community. Dr. Winstead received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Roseman University of Health Sciences: College of Dental Medicine, located just outside Salt Lake City, Utah.

After spending four years out West enjoying the mountains, snowboarding, and hiking, Dr. Winstead kept her commitment with the Tennessee Army National Guard to return to middle Tennessee post-graduation and currently serves as Captain in a Medical Detachment unit. Along with her military duties, Dr. Winstead is also returning to her stomping grounds to pursue her career as a general dentist alongside Dr. Stolarz and Dr. Hanan.

Dr. Winstead has always had a passion for dentistry, helping others and giving back to her community. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the National Guard Associations of Tennessee and the United States. She is excited to be working with the Blackman Grove Dental family!

Outside of dentistry, you can find Dr. Winstead hunting on the farm, at the lake, hanging out with family and friends or, most importantly, working on her truck!

Dr. Hanan is thrilled to be joining the Blackman Grove Dental team. While originally from Florida, Hanan now calls Tennessee home. Her passion for dentistry is rooted in personal connection. She strives to make a positive impact on the community by improving her patients’ oral health, overall well-being, and confidence - one smile at a time.

She is dedicated to delivering compassionate care and personalized treatment plans to each patient. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, staying active, playing games, and trying out new recipes.
